A heartfelt restorative practice, with short story telling to help assist through emotion. If you are in a place where you need to release and start the process of healing, come and let go! It’s a safe space where it’s okay to get your feelings out or get in your feels and leave them on the MAT! A mindful practice where you will gently move through longer held poses and settle into complete relaxation in the body with breathe and moody melodies!

YOGA OF YOUTH

You are only as old as you feel. A YIN practice is the best type of yoga to cultivate mobility and flexibility. You will hold lots of space and find peace as you enter longer held poses that allow you to actively engage, tune into, and breathe through your entire body while listening to, breath, sounds of nature, tribal tunes, singing bowls, and/or meditation rhythms.

This beginner series introduces the fundamental principles of alignment, and breath work. Helping to learn yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description as you slowly move to relaxing lofi beats. You will gain understanding, safety, and stability within each pose!

Fire up your metabolism in a natural way. This practice can really help you create a beautiful connection between the mind and body. Soften up the soul with soothing songs, giving you the opportunity to move in a really conscious, mindful way. You can take that off the mat and gracefully float through the rest of your day/night/week!

You will build physical and mental strength. After a step by step guide of a sequence, you will have the opportunity to freely flow on your own to a variety of music through a vast collection of everything from basic to advanced poses. Seated, standing, twists, and bandha techniques.
